While September may mean back to school, for us farmers it means apple season! Each weekend in September, join us in celebrating everything apple. Learn how apple cider was made back in the day with the Zurschmeide family’s 1865 antique cider press, enjoy live music by Tony M. Pumpkin Village and Fall Festival
Pumpkin Village is Leesburg Animal Park’s signature Fall Festival. From mid-September to early November, the Park is all about fall, pumpkins and fun! Year after year, families, groups and schools spend a crisp fall day enjoying loads of great activities such as giant hill slides, hay rides, moon bounces, pedal carts & more. Lovettsville Oktoberfest

EatLoco Village at Leesburg Indoor Farmers Market
Northern Virginia is notorious for unpredictable weather ruining outdoor activities at any time of the year. Now, wet weather won’t ruin the fun at Loudoun County’s only indoor farmers market. Every Thursday from 3-7, you can access all the charm of a weekend market: same friendly vendors, same great products. During the first hour, restaurant owners and Chefs can talk to farmers one on one to sample their wares, negotiate prices, and pick up supplies for the weekend rush.
